Position description
1．Familiar with logistics work process;
2．Possess strong management coordination capacity;
3．Effectively and timely process serve the clients’ abnormalities and complaints, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information follow-up and feedback and regularly analyze the customers’ satisfaction rates;
4．Based on the trends of business developments, constantly improve customer service competence;

Requirements of position qualification
1．Educational level above the undergraduate;
2．Above 5 years work experience of air separation industry;
3．Possess certain negotiation skills and be able to effectively process and take phone calls;
4．Endowed with strong communication and coordination capacity and team cooperation capacity.
